We have a brand-new opportunity in our busy Specialist Housing team. In this newly created apprenticeship, you will be joining a vibrant, fast-paced team and will be pivotal in providing day-to-day support to the wider team whilst developing invaluable skills for your future career.

**What will you be doing as an Apprentice in Specialist Housing?**
- Supporting the Service with coordination of the activities and events programme across Specialist Housing Services.
- Assisting in the delivery of key projects, with the Operational Manager
- Compiling compliance information for the team; including mandatory training, health and safety, and activity in line with all policies and procedures as directed by the Specialist Housing Management Team.
- Undertaking data collation, monitoring and reporting.

For this apprenticeship you will be studying with Herefordshire & Worcestershire Group Training Association and you will attend weekly sessions to work towards a Level 3 in Business Administration.

Whether you’re just starting out, or looking for a career change, this opportunity will give you a fantastic grounding for your future career in Specialist Housing and business administration.

While the role is Home Based, you will be asked to attend regular meetings and training at our Group offices in Worcester or at our local specialist housing schemes.

**You will need to demonstrate**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- IT skills
- Interest of working in the Housing Sector
- Customer care skills
- Team working
- A driving license (or to be working towards one during your apprenticeship)
- Grade 4 or above GCSE or equivalent in English would be desirable
- Grade 4 or above GCSE or equivalent in Maths would be desirable
