Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, installation, and compliance work
  • Play a key role in our team delivering refurbished kitchens and bathrooms
  • Work in people's homes, requiring friendly and approachable communication and customer service skills
  • Be organized and recognize the importance of delivering work right first time

Requirements:

  • Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
  • City and Guilds or equivalent in testing and inspection
  • 18th Edition regulation
  • AM2
  • Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
  • Experience of working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
  • Full driving license
  • DBS check required
