Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Performing repairs within customers' residences
  • Collaborating with supervisors and planners to ensure timely repair appointments
  • Maintaining appropriate van stock levels
  • Exemplifying professionalism as a representative of Citizen Housing

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Relevant trade qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ2)
  • Valid driving license
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Positive attitude towards customer service

Desirable Attributes:

  • Additional trade skills beyond plumbing
  • Experience using a PDA for job management
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols
  • Previous work experience with a social housing provider
