Office Administrator

If you are currently looking for a part-time administration role with flexible hours and want to be part of a well respected and growing accountancy practice, then you are in the right place. Ideally you will have previous administration experience (in an accountancy environment would be ideal but not essential) in an office based role. Hours are flexible up to 20 hours per week with the possibility of working from home for part of the week.
Main duties will include:
Assisting with new client onboarding process, such as:
Setting up clients on our in-house database
Managing onboarding tasks and taking a proactive approach to the process
Managing client database to ensure details remain up-to-date
Responsible for instructing our agent in the formation of new Limited Companies
Assist with phone answering, greeting visitors, arranging meetings etc.
Undertaking ad hoc company secretarial tasks, such as dividend documentation, director appointments/resignations etc.
Preparation of documents and arranging electronic sign-off by clients
Managing anti-money laundering and know your customer (KYC) process to ensure fully compliant for each client
You should have excellent communication and IT skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and have a willingness and dedication to learn and progress. No experience of the above areas is required as full training will be provided. Excellent opportunity to join a small but growing friendly team working in a professional services environment
