**Job Title**:Office Administration Assistant
**About the role**:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Office Administration at our new Head Office in Windsor.
As a part of our small but welcoming Group Support Team, you will be supporting with all aspects of the administration of the Group Support Office. Working directly with the Office Manager, and supporting the Finance Director and his team, you will get involved in a variety of different things including; greeting visitors; answering and filtering calls; manging office stationary requirements; setting up meeting rooms; collating and preparing board packs and organising team events. It's a busy environment and no day will be exactly the same.
This role will be based at our offices in Windsor, located just opposite Windsor castle.
**About you**:
You will project a professional and friendly image for Porthaven through in-person, written and telephone interaction.
You'll have good IT skills, attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to multi-task, problem solve and have a common-sense approach is also really important.
