We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic Team within LSTM and support our mission-driven initiatives. Working closely with project managers, team members and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our projects.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- **Project Governance**:Supporting the Project Manager and project team with all project governance; Maintain project workplans for the project; Regular review and updating of project action logs; Support LSTM project team with preparation for workshops, testing and training.
- ** Project Administration**:Work with the CRIS Suppliers and Project team to schedule meetings and workshops; Arrange internal meetings; Minute taking at meetings; Provide logístical support to team members and visitors for both UK and overseas trips.
- ** Financial Administration**:To include** **raising purchase orders, processing consultant/supplier invoices and expense claims.
- Experience of working within a project team
- Experience of minute taking and effective communications
- Experience of organising workshops and meetings
- Flexible with ability to multi-task and prioritise time and task demands
- Exceptional organisation ability and attention to detail
