This post has been created to provide support to WoW’s Co-Directors, Project Managers, staff team and Trustees. The Arts Administrator will provide secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to the WoW team, and specifically to the WoW Co-Directors, supporting other staff when required and with the agreement of the Co-Directors. The post holder will also have responsibility to support the development and administration and delivery of WoW’s annual festival, WoWFEST, and the administration, implementation, and development of WoW’s Projects, and working under the direction of the relevant project manager. The post holder will support the monitoring and evaluation of WoW’s projects and festivals and will support the Co-Directors with financial aspects of the organisations work. The post holder will also support the development and updating of WoW’s website.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Administrative Support**
- To provide administrative and clerical support to the WoW Co-Directors
- Provide administrative and clerical support to WoW team
- To act as first point of contact for all public enquiries, taking details of calls, referring to the relevant staff member where appropriate or providing the necessary information.
- To answer basic enquiries about WoW’s work
- To support the maintenance of computer and paper-based office and administrative systems, including basic finances; incoming / outgoing mail; office equipment and supplies.
- To ensure the smooth running of the WoW office, ensuring that all resources are up todate, filed where necessary, and that the WoW office and associated facilities - kitchen, storage areas, are kept organised, clean and tidy, and fit for purpose.
- To ensure that all areas are safe, and make the Co-Directors aware of any concerns re health and safety and act upon any recommendations.

**Festival, WoW Events and projects**
- Working in a team to deliver festival and other events - booking speakers, venues, etc.
- Coordinating travel and hospitality for speakers
- Working with WoW staff to provide marketing information for publicity
- Collating and disseminating information prior to and following events
- Putting together relevant packs
- Collating attendees and updating WoW databases,
- Collating evaluation questionnaires,
- Sending out follow up materials and papers,
- Liaise with project related sessional staff as appropriate

**Website and Social Media**

The post holder will work to build our support networks and disseminate news of our project and festival work and events.

Duties include:

- Supporting the team in maintaining and updating WoW’s websites

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
