At **Cressington Manor Nursery** a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time **Nursery Receptionist / Administrator** to join us at our “OUTSTANDING” nursery in **Aigburth **working 24 hours each week, Monday, 8am-6pm, Tuesday 8am-6pm and Wednesday 8am-1pm. In return, you will receive a **competitive hourly rate.**

**As our Nursery Receptionist / Administrator you should have**:

- Previous experience of working as a receptionist with administrative duties in a busy environment, preferably another nursery or school
- Highly proficient with Microsoft office packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience of using a nursery software system such as Parenta or Eylog (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Approachable, professional, friendly and flexible in approach when dealing with others
- Proven ability to manage the demands of a busy environment and experience of working where confidentiality is key
- Able to organise own workload clearly and concisely and work independently on own initiative as well as within a team structure
- Experience of accurately inputting information with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work co-operatively and with flexibility (post is a job share)
- Well organised and able to prioritise and make decisions effectively
- GCSE pass or equivalent in English and Maths
