We're currently working with a thriving local family run business based just outside of Cambridge, towards Royston. Working in the Security System installation and maintenance industry they need an experienced Co-ordinator to join their small and busy team.

Responsibilities with include...
- Communicating with customers, both Domestic and Commercial, to arrange their services and any other requirements
- Organising multiple engineers’ schedules and booking jobs accordingly onto the inhouse CRM system
- Liaising with engineers to advise of their work load
- Placing orders and monitoring deliveries for upcoming jobs
- Possibly assisting with accounts including processing invoices
- Be organised with a superb attention to detail
- Demonstrate initiative
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise workloads
- Be confident in Word and Excel
- Have knowledge of the local area (advantageous)

The client offers a competitive salary and an exciting opportunity to join a lovely team working in a friendly, fast-paced office in the peaceful outskirts of Cambridge. 28 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays), 5 sick days in which any unused days will be paid at the end of the working year and the opportunity to increase your holiday allowance with their loyalty scheme.

Core working hours are 8:30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and is office based.

Due to the office location your own transport is essential.

**Salary**: £20,320.00-£22,500.00 per year

- Driving Licence (preferred)
