Xpert Resourcing is working with a client based in Cambridge who is a growing creative advertising agency and are looking to add to the team an experienced Co-Ordinator/Administrator. This role will be varied, involve juggling multiple projects, deadlines, diary management and you will need to be hyper organised to assist with the smooth running of the business to ensure projects are delivered on time for clients. The ideal person will have held a similar role and smoothly transition into the business in an autonomous way.

**Duties will include**:

- Organising pre-production set up
- Obtaining, arranging, and organising equipment needed for shoots
- Liaise with suppliers
- Location and cast search and booking
- Manage workflow software
- Time management of the team such as shooting schedules
- Liaising and reporting regular updates to other members of the team
- Managing and facilitating social media content in line with the marketing plan

**Experience/Skills**
- Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in a Project Manager/Co-ordinator Role or similar
- Highly organised
- Flexible approach to manage multiple projects
- Confident and ability to drive forward
- Ability to put “own stamp” on role and make suggestions for improvement where necessary
- Team Player - people person
- Thrive under pressure

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday with flexibility

0830 to 1700

Full Time - Permanent - Hybrid
