**Year in Industry - HR Co-ordinator**

Day to day you will make a difference by _**
- Supporting line managers with all necessary support to ensure focused ongoing people management.
- Compile pre-employment paperwork to be approved by the HR Team
- Conducting company inductions for all new employees
- Ensuring that good standards of data quality and protection are adhered to at all times
- Collating and managing existing HR records and maintain accurate and up to date employee data on HR systems
- Producing internal reports
- Supporting global and division HR methodologies
- Process invoices, raise Purchase Orders and process manual payments when required
- Create vendor numbers and arrange concur access where appropriate
- Visiting our UK sites occasionally according to business needs
- Identifying any improvements in our processes

The person we are looking for is._**
- Enthusiastic, driven and motivated. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work within an innovative, forward thinking HR team.
- A student in their penultimate year of university preferably studying HR, Business, marketing / communications, or engineering.
- Interested in learning how people management contributes to continued business success.
- Someone with good business understanding and awareness with an interest in current industry trends & news.
- Confident to suggest improvements and engaged with opportunities to learn and grow.
- Flexible and willing to travel within the UK & Ireland occasionally.
- Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment whilst seeing tasks through to completion.
- Always seeking to improve and confident to actively seek feedback, appreciate and use constructive criticism.
