About the Role:

Supports design, delivery and review effectiveness/impact of learning solutions that underpin our Learning and Workforce Plans.

Ownership of key learning initiatives and BAU activities to support development of a continuous learning culture that maximises the potential of our people and drives performances.

Reporting to the GB Head of Learning, along with supporting general learning initiatives this role will have responsibility for project style ownership and coordination of key learning initiatives, activities and plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and delivery, engagement and implementation of effective learning initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively to build and maximise stakeholder relationships e.g. HR, 3rd Parties, people managers and leaders.
  • Streamline L&D process to ensure a great people experience which is simple, effective and accessible for all.
  • Drive adoption of our learning platform encouraging engagement and ensure it continues to evolve with the business needs
  • Proactively manage general learning enquiries and requests for support through our Learning Inbox.
  • Support development of our learning brand, communications, invites, joining instructions and engagement reporting.
  • Provide learning operational support to the learning function leads as required in Commercial, Manager / Leadership Development and Supply Chain.
  • Stay up to date with external best practice and latest developments to strengthen own capability and help bring the outside into Britvic.
  • A key member of the GB People Delivery team engaging and supporting in our other key people deliverables such as Early Careers.

Key Deliverables

  • Project support, coordination and programme roll out
  • Effective People Manager, Talent Programmes (Accelerate & Elevate), "Courageous" Conversations.
  • Ownership of selfassessment and coaching vendors and development of preferred supply approach e.g. Strengthscope
  • Support the execution of our general learning activities learning moments, digital learning platforms, general learning queries via inbox.
  • Support stepped approach to improvements to our corporate induction and our mentoring offer.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods and a passion for people development.
  • Project management experience and strong track record of activity coordination including budget management.
  • Experience and passion for branding and communications development.
  • Proficient in MS Office programmes, ability and confidence to understand and learn new systems / programmes.
  • Strong communication and ability to positively influence stakeholders/vendors
