We have an exciting opportunity in our specialist International recruitment division

You must be within easy travel to Heathrow Airport due to the nature of this role

Role summary:

_ NHS Professionals International _is the key supplier of international nurses to the NHS_, _which offers to those NHS Trusts who use our services, the opportunity to fill their vacant nursing posts outside the EU - typically from the Philippines, Middle East and India.

To support our continual growth, we are recruiting an International Recruitment Co-ordinator.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to join a specialist team undertaking complex administrative tasks ensuring the smooth delivery of our recruitment services.


There will be a requirement to attend
Heathrow Airport **to meet and greet international nurses on arrival to the UK.


Responsibilities:

You may be from a healthcare or related background, display highly polished interpersonal, customer service and diplomacy skills and demonstrate finely tuned organisational capabilities.

You may also have experience of working in an international field and / or large-scale recruitment, or similar.

  • Attend meetings and appointments both internally and externally where appropriate.
  • Form strong working relationships with the trust accommodation officers and those responsible for receiving international nurses.

To succeed
in this post,
you should demonstrate:
  • Previous experience of working in a demanding customer focussed environment
  • Experience of working in an administrative support role
  • Excellent, effective verbal presentation skills and communication skills
  • Ability to listen effectively, interpreting needs and providing support and solutions
  • You may also have experience of working in an international field and / or largescale recruitment, or similar
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively, working to deadlines with limited supervision
  • There will be a requirement for travel to Heathrow Airport at reasonable times during the day on planned arrivals (approximately twice a week)
