**About us**

Kutchenhaus was established in 2004 at Trafford Retail Park. 20 years on, now based in Rochdale we have expanded to over 75 showrooms, located throughout the UK.

We have just moved into our new state of the art modern offices in a Grade II listed Victorian mil to aid our rapid expansion

**Key responsibilities: -**
- Deal with customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Liaise with our stores and customers to organize deliveries of their kicthens and appliances.

- **Essential skills: -**:

- You will be an effective communicator with strong attention to detail
- General all round office skills
- Customer Service mindset but process driven
- You will have a confident telephone manner
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Good references are essential

**Ideal person: -**
- Exceptional previous customer service skills and time in a similar job role
- Available for a flexible working pattern to cover holidays etc within the team.

Please note that this role is based in the office 3 days a week but may move towards some home working where appropriate after training period completed.

**Experience**:

- You will have a minimum one year's experience in a similar role
- Examples of similar roles may include customer service, office based support, or 1st Line Helpdesk support

**Salary**:
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part time (24 hours)

Pay: £11.44 per hour
