An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Division of Neurosurgery, Pain, Critical Care, Anesthetics and Neuropathology working as an MDT Coordinator.

We are looking for two dedicated, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to join a newly formed team of committed and effective MDT Coordinators supporting a wide range of sub-specialties within Neurosurgery including spinal and vascular.

This will include supporting consultants, nurses, physios, and managers. The role demands a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as the post holders will be entering patient information onto various tracking databases and patient systems. MDT meetings play a key role in ensuring that we offer the very best standards of care to our patients by supporting Clinical Teams and patients through complex pathways. The posts will also be involved in the administration of the Regional Spinal Network meeting on behalf of the Trust and support the Spinal Lead Consultant.

The posts also involves facilitation of the MDT meetings; ensuring patients are managed along their pathway in accordance with Trust policy and national guidance. Previous experience and knowledge of MDT meetings would be an advantage.
