**Qualifications**
- Provide timely, personalized, excellent resources to our Team Members that parallels the industry-leading service they provide to our Guests.
- Deliver First Call Resolution and provide high touch customer service that meets expected service levels and business performance goals.
- Responsible for the confidentiality of personnel files and the integrity of HRIS data.
- Ensures consistency in the delivery of information and enforcement of policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all government regulations (EEO, INS, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, including Affirmative Action, etc.) Federal, State employment laws and internal processes.
- Flawlessly execute the following tasks, but not limited to;
- HRIS Data Entry
- Team Member issues/inquiries/reserves
- LOA Administration
- Workers Compensation responses
- Assisting with Payroll inquiries and discrepancies
- I-9 Processing and compliance
- Tuition Reimbursement and GED processing
- Administer a Case Management Tool to respond to all HR issues efficiently
- Respond promptly to telephone calls and follow up promptly with a smile in your voice.
- Assist with building and maintenance of a Knowledgebase for Case Management
- Carries out all other duties as assigned by management.
- Meet departmental metrics and scorecard requirements.
