My Client is an international entertainment company

**Description**

The successful Business Administrator will be responsible for the following:

- Providing assistance to Senior Executives including; diary management, travel, and expenses
- Working with Internal Control / Audit to coordinate submission of control
- Coordination of monthly Senior Management Meetings and Quarterly Company Updates (includes minutes and follow up tasks)
- Submission of Corporate Management Division GAR, checking invoices and budget control
- Parking invoices in SAP
- Checking company expenses
- General Administration support to business
- Reception cover as needed
- Recruitment and on boarding support for HR, along with other ad hoc HR related tasks
- Assisting with all staff events
- Any other ad hoc administration related

**Profile**

The successful Business Administrator will have the following skills/qualities
- Excellent administration skills
- Diary management experience (preferable)
- Basic SAP knowledge (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- Strong problem solver
- Determination to achieve objectives and goals
