JOB TITLE Fleet Administrator

SECTION/DEPARTMENT Fleet Administration Team

REPORTS TO New Business Development Manager

NUMBER OF REPORTS 0

LOCATION Windsor

**JOB PURPOSE**

**Primary Responsibilities - forming administration backup for the following functions and processes**:

- Document management
- Customer queries management
- Provide strong Customer Service support
- Collection and delivery of outgoing posts
- General filing and administrative duties
- Ad Hoc duties required for the role

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience**:

- Proven experience and success in an administrative role for a minimum of 1 year.
- Customer Service experience preferred but not essential.
- Accurate data input/filing skills.
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills.
- Intermediate PC skills, benefiting from experience in:

- Word
- Excel

**Competencies/Person specification**:

- Strong Team commitment/philosophy
- Attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Self-Starter with the ability to problem solve, even when undirected.
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressurised conditions.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
