Join us at Brett Group as a Human Resources Officer, a role pivotal to operational support and creating a positive employee experience. We're seeking an experienced HR professional to offer first line of support, making an impact on policies, onboarding, and HR systems.

**Your Role**
- Offer advice on contracts, policies, learning and development.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and manage a straightforward offboarding process.
- Complete HR tasks such as system upkeep, documentation, and meeting coordination.
- Create user-friendly guidance documents and policies.
- Coordinate learning and development activities, providing regular progress reports.
- Act as the HR systems expert, offering training and improving processes.
- Lead HR support roles across businesses, coordinating group activities.
- Provide case management support to People Advisors and managers.
- Collaborate with the Head of People for people-focused forums.
- Generate monthly reports from the HR system and assist in recruitment processes.

**About You**
- Motivated and self-driven.
- Good understanding of Employment Law.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly.
- Resilient and detail-oriented.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HR systems and procedures.
- Previous experience in a busy department, ideally gained within HR.
- CIPD qualified minimum Level 3 or willing to work towards Level 5 or above.
