- Rehabilitation, Long Covid, ME and CFS, Tobacco Dependency Reduction _**.. This role also introduces a single accountable lead for PHM to ensure SNEE benefits fully from the potential of PHM. For PHM the role will primarily be focused on developing and implementing the NECS Axym Platform and Linked Data Sets. The postholder will need expertise in programme design, pathway development, project management, data analysis and interpretation and stakeholder engagement.
