**The Role**
The Data Analysis and Reform Programme Lead, working within the GB Risk and Broking Change Team, is responsible for data reform and modernisation toward the goal of “fact-based, data-driven decision-making.”
This includes:

- Developing and executing a data management policy and strategy to support the business operations
- Developing data capabilities in all areas including, but not limited to Operations Management
- Understand the internal and external data landscape and work with teams to make data more discoverable and available.
- Managing the overall demand, analysis, prioritization and delivery of data requirements, working with both Business Sponsors and development teams to deliver solutions
- Creating a robust capability to allow data to be reported upon, compared, sorted and published
- Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or enhancements via community forums, training and stakeholder groups, within both the Technology and Business functions of the Group.
- Creating management information which underpins the end to end business process
- Prioritising data projects in conjunction with operational and stream owners by establishing a clear process to approve/decline/deliver information requests
- Keeping up to date with industry and market trends and news
- Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
- Ensure Management Information is in place to support any regulatory requirement

**The Requirements**:

- Previous experience within insurance / broking
- Technically minded
- Good data / MI skills, ideally working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to drive structured data
- Adaptable and confident to converse with both business and technically minded individuals
