SEND Inclusion Support - Nurture Coordinator

**Position**: SEND Inclusion Support Coordinator
**Location**: Bolton
**Schedule**: 3 Days a Week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

We are looking for a dedicated and organized SEND Inclusion Support Coordinator to join our nurturing team.

**Role Overview**:
As our SEND Inclusion Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting inclusion and supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Your passion for inclusion and meticulous attention to detail will help ensure that our processes are compliant and effective. You will facilitate team meetings, organise progress forms, and collaborate closely with schools and local authorities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, ensuring productive discussions and outcomes.
- Organize and maintain accurate progress forms for each child.
- Support schools and local authorities in implementing and monitoring SEND plans.
- Conduct compliance checks to ensure all processes and documentation meet regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with the nurture team to create a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Provide guidance and support to children being taught out of school, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for inclusion and supporting children with SEND.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with compliance checks and regulatory standards in education.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to working 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

Pay: £20,375.36-£45,003.96 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
