Our school features state-of-the-art facilities, including a hydrotherapy pool, sensory rooms, life skills areas, and expansive outdoor environments. With small class sizes, we ensure each child receives the individual attention and support necessary to excel academically, socially, and emotionally.

**Role Overview**:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide personalised support to students with various SEND, using our specialised facilities to enhance their learning experiences. You will collaborate with our dedicated team of teachers and therapists to implement individualized education plans, promote independence, and encourage social interaction among students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer tailored support to students with SEND, employing specialised strategies and resources to meet their diverse needs.
- Assist in delivering structured activities and interventions aimed at developing communication, social, and life skills.
- Work with teachers and therapists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, incorporating sensory experiences and therapeutic techniques.
- Build positive relationships with students, fostering engagement and participation in classroom activities and social interactions.
- Utilize the school's facilities, including the hydrotherapy pool, sensory rooms, and outdoor spaces, to enhance students' learning and well-being.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with individuals with SEND is highly desirable.
- A compassionate, patient approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching and support strategies to meet the individual needs of students with SEND.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion, diversity, and equality within the school community.
- Relevant qualifications in special education or SEND-specific training are advantageous but not essential.
