**Exciting Opportunity for Customer Engagement Associate**

A fantastic opporuntity to work with Grey Matter Learning as a Customer Engagement Associate has arise. No previous training or experience is required as the successful individual will be coached and mentored on the job (although previous experience is desirable).

**Main Purpose**:To support the Customer Engagement team to provide exceptional customer experiences to prospective, new and existing customers. The role will involve handling enquiries, making follow up and welcome calls to potential and new customers. Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, identifying new opportunities to increase the value and impact of existing contracts.
