Key Role: Associate Manager, Technical Customer Service UK/IREAbout the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager to lead our customer service team in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the customer service team to deliver exceptional results and meet key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardization.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to provide world-class support.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce churn and improve customer retention.
  • Analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with another major European language being an advantage.
