Administrator with Finance Experience

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Updating our internal CRM software
- Raising Invoices, Purchase Orders, AoQ forms
- Communicating with clients
- Ensuring our clients meet invoice deadlines and escalating unpaid amounts where necessary.
- Calculating project costs
- Providing the Directors with financial overview and cashflow forecasts
- Liaising with bookkeeper
- Assist the operations team with post-sale processes and documentation
- Being a team player
- Upholding and promoting the company’s brand
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- High degree of numerical understanding
- SAGE experience preferable
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
