Business Support Administrator

Contract to start ASAP until 18-05-24 with a possible extension.
**Role Requirements**
Previous experience of processing invoices.
Reconcile invoices to ensure that the invoice accurately reflects agreed costs of services purchased.
Must have Microsoft office programmes experience Highly competent in using Excel Spreadsheet.
Role involves in-putting data into spreadsheets.
Able to create folders and upload documents into SharePoint.
Investigate those invoices that don’t match agreed figures; including discussing invoice details with suppliers.
Experience of working with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Respond to general enquires from suppliers Ideally, has experience of using Mosaic - Children’s Social Care case management system.
Ideally, has previous experience of working local authority Children’s Social Care Self-starter Strong numerical skills Strong inter-personal skills.
To carry out any other appropriate duties in line with the purpose and grade of the job
Must have valid Enhanced DBS Certificate.
