**Customer Success Representative - Recruitment Technology - Manchester - £24-30k basic + 5k commission**

To support continued growth, this well-established recruitment technology business is looking for a **Customer Success Representative.**

The purpose of this role is providing ongoing support to clients. You will be able to build long term relationships, share best practices and minimize churn rates.

**To be considered for the role you will need the following**:

- Previous experience in a customer facing role in Tech or Recruitment
- Experience in building rapport and long-lasting relationships
- Energetic, driven and ambitious nature

**Job role/responsibilities**:

- Building long-lasting relationship with clients
- Sharing best practices of the platform
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring they are knowledgeable about the platform
- Conducting contract renewals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
