**Role**: Project Administrator

**Reporting To**: Project Manager

**PURPOSE OF ROLE**
- You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating project activities and resources. You will, accountable for maintaining and updating the project plans, managing assignments, monitoring progress and communicating to the project Manager and business.
- You will support the collection of business requirements and work with the teams across the business to define scope. You will need to work collaboratively and bring together the right people from across the business to make delivery happen.
- The project administrator will report to the project manager and support the team advance a demanding project to improve their service to clients. You will also oversee and performing administrative functions concerned with a project. This may include calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies, doing site visits and preparing reports.
- This role provides an opportunity to learn and develop skills in project management and client engagement coordination of internal and external resource; providing reports and updating the business and planning of daily workload, attending daily call with the business, you will need to have excellent organisation skills.
- You will need to have a set of values that align to our business and understand the social impact that your role has upon on our communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help the project manager in administrative duties and processes
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Create and update workflows
- Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communication
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
- Assist with planning
- Assist with meeting administration including the taking and distributing of meeting minutes
- Monitor progress of defined aspects of specific projects and business processes, identifying problems or opportunities
- Coordination of internal process to meet requirements
- Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and other professionals both internally and externally.
- Tracking and updating project status, solving problems and proactively driving the type approval process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Undertaking research projects to assist with answering customer enquiries or further expanding their scope
- Assist the Project Manager and team in the production and maintenance of project plans
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Analyse situations accurately and exercise good judgment in taking effective action.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with the public and all employees
