We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team as the Ecommerce Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our customers online sales platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of many online platforms
- Creating and updating product listings
- Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels
- Managing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Generating reports on website activity and sales performance

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in office administration preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce is desirable
- Ability to analyse data and draw insights to improve website performance
- A fast learner capable of working independently and demonstrating their own initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
