**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity to be part of a well established Purchasing Department, responsible for the whole of our UK Business and all Purchasing transactions which take place within it.

As a whole Business, you will join a global leader in filtration, established for over 80 years and will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within and growing industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance within the Purchasing processes of materials / services across the Business
- Involved in ongoing management and monitoring of Business contracts with suppliers. This will include being involved within the renewal and review cycle.
- Use and assisting in development of internal e-catalogue
- Assist in research and decision making regarding new suppliers to the Business
- General administration duties
- Learn and support with Purchase Order Queries
- Learn and support with Invoice Queries
- Learn and support with the management of internal processes such as Maverick Buying / Internal Training of other Departments etc
- Communications and liaising with different internal Departments within the UK and across our global Group
- General assistance and organisation of internal systems ensuring accurate documentation and filing of all relevant documents and information

**Requirements**:

- Maths & English GCSE A-C grade or equivalent qualifications
- Confident communicator with an openness to learn
- Team player
- Motivated
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Confident and positive attitude

- Travel may be required from time to time within the UK (including overnight stays (costs are covered by Business)). There may also be future opportunities for occasional international travel. (Passport required)_
- Level 3 Business Administration studies to be completed alongside this role_
