Would you like a career in Business Administration? This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, keen apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team and train with us in our organisation.

(Hire calls will commence around February/March)

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Create and maintain employee files.
- Provide an efficient and effective office administration service by answering the telephone, taking messages, filing and scanning documents.
- Support estimating and sales by in putting information into EXEL
- Assist with quote preparation
- Organising company supplies and ordering when required
- Support managers in the general admin area
- Note taking and writing up Management Minutes
- Creating and maintaining customer files

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Requirements and prospects desired skills Good Telephone Manner
- Time Management
- Team and Self-Motivation
- Computer Literate - MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
- Ability to work to targets Able to communicate effectively in spoken or written form
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team and individually

**Desired Skills**:

- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- To be able to effectively communicate with members of staff and co-workers.
- Professional and hardworking approach.

**Salary**: From £6.00 per hour
