At Switch Up we provide individual, life-changing support to young people in communities affected by crime and violence.
We do this through sport, mentoring and personal development, with the aim of improving mental and physical wellbeing to give our young people the skills, confidence and motivation to realise their true potential. We engage young people through our boxing gym and other sport, providing mentoring, counselling, education and personal development to develop ‘champions in and out of the ring’.

As business support officer you will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for providing support across all the business functions. This support includes Human Resources, Finance, Communication and IT. You will ensure that all activities delivered through Switch Up and The Marcellus Baz Group are of a high quality, are inclusive to all and aligned to our values.
You will take an interest in the personal development of our young people and support our team to provide the very best service possible. We pride ourselves as being quick to respond to need and are looking for an office manager who believes that every young person can achieve their true potential.
You will have strong, proven leadership skills which you will draw on as the organisation grows. You will be flexible and adaptable and will enjoy working in a changing environment.
