**About the Role**

In this role as **Ride Trainer & Assessor** you'll focus on training & assessing team members for the Ride Host/Ride Operator roles. You'll be an enthusiastic, experienced and proud member of your team with a passion for quality, attention to detail and helping your fellow employees, whilst still maintaining a strong customer service focus. You will be ultimately responsible for the safety of any guests or team members on the ride, whilst also maintaining cleanliness and enforcing our strict health & safety policies. The Resort has a fun and friendly atmosphere and you'll be there to ensure our guests have a great time on some of the most iconic rides and attractions in our industry.
