Responsible for design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programmes, conducting needs assessments, executing training, developing reinforcements and continuous evaluation, you will use a wide range of people training and clinical skills (within scope) and ensure a high standard of patient care, focussed on positive outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to educate and engage learners
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and audiences
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £250.00 per day
