**Location**: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Essex

**Salary**: £25,500 - £26,500 (Additional location uplift for eligible postcodes) - Depending on qualifications

**Type**:Full-time, 12-month FTC

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must have experience of working within Front of House and Back of House in a Pub / Restaurant setting.
- Ideally hold a NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for example any of the following: Professional Cookery, Food Production, Food and Beverage, Reception, Housekeeping).
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.

**Duties include**:

- Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality up to Level 3, across Back of House and Front of House specialisms.
- Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning).
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

**Personal Skills**:

- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
