**Lettings Account Administrator**

**£22k to £23k pa plus commission**

Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client in York to recruit a Lettings Accounts Administrator.

The role will be to provide a high level of customer service whilst building relationships with colleagues and clients, working in a central support admin team for the Letting division. Providing speedy and accurate work in the Lettings Accounts department and will play an active part in building and maintaining inter office communication.

The Lettings Accounts Administrator works mainly with the Lettings Accounts Team, however will interact with the maintenance, lettings, accounts and Franchise offices on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
- Completion of all appropriate section of checklists in full and on time
- Processing telephone payments
- Processing Exports and Move in monies.
- Registering deposits and deposits reconciliation
- Processing contractors and rental pay runs
- Recording invoices and payments on the software
- Accounts reconciliation
- Chasing for payment of rent arrears
- Any ad hoc requirements as directed by senior management

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Maths GCSE C or above
- Previous experience in customer face to face dealings
- Previous experience in telephone communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven success in organisation
- A good record of personal effectiveness
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Customer driven with a drive for results
- Show respect for others and build relationships

**Hours of work** : Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
