Accounts Administrator

My client is a growing family run agricultural merchant trading grain and seeds. They are looking to appoint a part-time Accounts / Admin support exec, working 20 hours per week but with flexibility to work extra hours in busy times. This is a office based role in YO42 with free on-site parking available.
Proven organisational and administrative skills
Experience in talking to the farmers and the wider agricultural community
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Strong IT skills - particularly excel
Good written & verbal communication skills
Organised with an ability to work accurately and prioritise tasks
Flexible and open to change
Able to work well under pressure
An effective team player.
**Key Responsibilities**
Supporting the preparation of invoices & Self-bills
Filing invoices and delivery notes
Supplier statement reconciliation
Flag and reconcile any discrepancies
Liaising with hauliers, suppliers & customers
**Basic Salary**
£12 per hour - 20 hours per week
20 days holiday per annum pro-rata
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
