Mulberry PM Ltd are a well-established and fast growing property management business based in the heart of York. We are look to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator to join our office based team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a position within a growing Property Management Company.

**The Role**

You will be joining the team as the Finance Administrator for our Block Management Department.

Your duties will include:

- Raise and receipt invoices for Contributions, Service Charges & Ground Rent
- Record and pay supplier invoices
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Credit control and debt collection
- Prepare finance reports for meetings
- Work with external accountants on providing reconciliations and paperwork for year end accounts (but not full preparation)
- Liaise with Clients including Directors

Skills and experience required include;
- Good all-round bookkeeping experience to trial balance level
- Great interpersonal skills
- Solid experience and confidence with Microsoft Excel and Xero or similar accounting packages
- Diligent with details and accuracy
- Always looking to improve current processes and efficiency
- Full UK driving licence (you may drive to meetings in one of our company cars)

The tasks detailed above are an overview of the work undertaken by the Finance Administrator and additional work may be required in respect of certain properties dependent upon individual client needs.

We offer a generous contributory pension scheme and 5 weeks annual leave (plus Bank Holidays)

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
