Essential Experience:

- Previous experience working within an office environment
- Computer literacy
- Comfortable working on your own and as part of a team
- Dealing with customers both by phone and in writing

Desirable Experience:

- Experienced in reviewing engineers job sheets and highlighting remedial action
- Diary management and scheduling of works
- Experience using job management software

**Duties**:

- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Scheduling engineers workload
- Logging calls
- Processing/Submitting invoices
- Updating customer / sage accounts

Training will be provided on all systems used but similar experience would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
