Our client is looking for an Office Manager to join their team based in London, Westminster on a Temporary basis. They would like this person to have some experience within booking travel and managing the reception.

**JOB TITLE**:Office Manager

**CONTRACT**:Temporary

**SALARY**:£14 - £16 Per hour

**HOURS**:9.00am - 17.30pm

**START**: ASAP

**LOCATION**:Westminster

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Diary and travel management for a Office
- All-around secretarial duties.
- Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies and resources are restocked.
- Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures.
- Keeping records of office expenditure.
- Data responsibilities, including GDPR.
- Meeting, conference and event planning.
- Researching and writing reports and project work.
- Assisting with HR and associated staff appraisals and training.
- People management.
- Being able to muck in with whatever is needed to keep the office running smoothly
