Our client is part of an exclusive property with large event space, looking for a Head of Meeting & Events. The role will be based at the property managing, leading, developing and supporting the Meeting and Events Team in order to create a sales culture and a great environment to work within.

**The Job**

The Meeting & Events Sales Manager will ensure the team deliver a customer service experience whilst converting profitable MICE business. Within your role you will identify and implement process improvements, ensure the appropriate focus is on enquiry handling, sales conversions, event planning and administration. As Head of Meeting and Events you will be responsible for the management of the Meeting and Events diary to ensure revenue and profitability is maximized with the right balance of business to achieve the Meeting and Events budget and the monthly revenue conversion target.
