**Corporate Events Specialist**
**From £12-£14 per hour**
**Part time hours: 24 hours per week**
**Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)**
**Permanent**

Golden Events are currently recruiting for a Corporate Events Specialist to join their established events team.
- The role will involve liaising with new & existing corporate clients, designing new event concepts and co ordinating event set ups.
- On the day of the event, you will work side by side with our experienced set up team and manage the event from beginning to end.
- You will be responsible for overseeing our LinkedIn account, increase our following and build rapport with clients online.
- Ensure that event details are accurately recorded - including dates, times, customer requirements, contact details and financial details.
- Encouraging repeat business with existing clients.
- Produce bespoke written quotations and contracts.
- You will receive full training daily by our Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- You must be a meticulous and well organised professional who can establish successful relationships and design eye catching events that meet the specific need of our clients,
- As a client facing role it is essential that you have a confident telephone manner, an outward personality and an understanding of the importance of building strong client relationships,
- Good communication skills,
- A willingness to travel and a commercially driven attitude towards achieving new client wins,
- Corporate event industry experience - essential,
- Driving licence - desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
