Lochwynd Limited are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Accounts Administrator to work as part of the Lochwynd Team operating from our Glasgow Office.

**Responsibilities and accountabilities**
- Invoicing
- Liaising with Lochwynd Staff to provide Sales Support
- Liaising with Customers/ external Authorities.
- Raise Job numbers.
- Maintain complete updated sales records and data in the system.
- Complete specific Monthly Sales Reports.
- Update the Company’s Sales Database/Customer Information.
- Holiday cover **-** logging & dealing with Sales Enquiries / Quotations.
- Reception duties when required / dealing with telephone calls**.**:

- Liaison with Customers and external authorities and the preparation of responses to them.
- Update Customer Profiles as and when changes arise.
- Any other duties as may be required.

**All General Activities including**:

- Liaising with Lochwynd Staff to provide General Support.
- Any other duties as may be required.

**Key Skills / Experience Requirements**

The Job Holder will/may have:

- Attention to Detail
- Accounts Experience
- Sage 50 Experience
- IT / Admin Experience - Excel/Word/Outlook
- General Construction experience and understanding (Desirable).

Monday to Friday - 35 hours

Office Based

**No Agencies**

- Monday to Friday
