**Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on ther options for training
- Plan and organise the training programs
- Communicate with clients and outside partners to gather information about training needs
- Develop and improve the training resources
- Manage resource allocation for training activities
- Manage the websites and external communications
- Oversee the development of performance appraisal and planning materials, and in doing so ensure that they are consistent with guidelines
- Execute training programs
- Ensure that all training documents are up to date and relevant
- Implement a policy of ongoing process improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Loyalty bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Communication skills: 2 years (required)
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)

Work Location: In person
