**Join Our Team as a Training Coordinator for the Academy Program**
Are you passionate about nurturing talent and contributing to organizational growth? We're seeking a dynamic Project / Training Coordinator to lead our Academy Program, playing a crucial role in onboarding and training our associates for success
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Planning and Coordination**:
- Develop comprehensive plans and resource requirements for successful execution.
- Collaborate with various departments for seamless program implementation.
- Manage multiple time zones for a global program reach.
**Onboarding and Orientation**:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for Academy hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with our culture, policies, and values.
- Coordinate logístical aspects of the onboarding process.
**Training Program Implementation**:
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics of training activities.
- Collaborate with trainers and experts for high-quality training materials.
**Mentorship and Guidance**:
- Facilitate regular check-ins with mentors to monitor progress.
- Act as a point of contact, addressing inquiries from new hires.
**Performance Evaluation and Feedback**:
- Coordinate performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and evaluations.
- Generate reports on program progress and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 1-year experience in training coordination and onboarding.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global setting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £16,748.94-£46,007.19 per year
