Training Coordinator

**Location**: Islington office with the option to work from home up to two days per week following successful completion of qualifying probation period.
We are working with a dynamic charity and membership body based in Islington to recruit a Specialty Training Coordinator. This is a an organisation where you can make a real difference and will have a chance to thrive in a busy but vital role where every day is different. We are looking for a keen problem solver who can respond to complex queries whilst showing empathy and diplomacy when dealing with anxious trainees.
This charity is focused on doctors who work on all aspects of medicines research and development. This team works closely with the Board of Trustees and over 1,600 members to improve the health of the public around the world.
**What will you be responsible for?**
The Specialty Training Coordinator role is an opportunity for someone who thrives on a challenge, who is happiest when putting their excellent organisational and customer facing skills through their paces. Someone who is at their best working collaboratively with others.
This Training Programme is a cornerstone of the charities commitment to producing physicians who are equipped with the specialist knowledge and capabilities to practise to the highest ethical and professional standards. You will play a vital part in successful delivery of the programme, and in the revalidation of medical trainees.
The successful applicant will join the team initially on a **12-month contract **which could be made permanent.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
