We are seeking a dynamic, confident and highly organised Training Coordinator to join our team at a very exciting lift-off stage. We’re looking for a vibrant and charismatic person who will join us for the growing adventure and the longer term.

This role would suit a person who enjoys a varied workload; no two days will be the same - some days on site, some days in client meetings, sourcing venues, supporting our trainers, liaising with delegates, organising logistics and ensuring our training events are gold standard. From initial enquiry to issuing final certificate, you will run the show. You will report directly to the Director, and liaise with a diverse array of stakeholders.

This is a flexible, hybrid role which can be designed to suit the right person. There will be the opportunity to grow this role and make it very much your own, and would therefore suit a person who is a self-starter, enjoys autonomy and creative freedom to establish systems and processes.

**Job Summary**:
The Training Coordinator will manage and support all aspects of our training courses, from booking and scheduling to coordination and communication with both trainees and clients. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth running and success of our training programmes, providing an excellent transformational experience for our participants. You will report to Global Training Director, Emma Gersch.

**About you**:
We’re looking for a person who has interest in transformational and creative training approaches.

Perhaps you have a background in theatre or the arts, which will better help you to understand our approach to training design and delivery. We are seeking a confident and charismatic person who is adaptable, capable and has a can-do approach to problem solving. You’ll work well under pressure, and be able to find the joy in the work and our people. You’ll also be able to take initiative when managing opporutnities and challenges. Since we are known for our specialism in emotionally intelligent communication skills training, you too will be able to demonstrate these skills at a high level; Intuitive, compassionate and clear communication skills. You’ll be approachable and warm with potential trainess or clients on the phone and face to face, and be one step ahead of the game when you are on site supporting a training event.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Booking and Scheduling: Manage the booking process for all of our courses, including participant registration, scheduling, and coordination of course dates.
- Administrative Duties: Handle all administrative tasks related to the courses, including invoicing, payment processing, and purchasing of necessary materials and supplies.
- Event Coordination: Arrange all course-related activities, including sourcing venues, room setup, catering and refreshments, IT checks, and distribution of course materials (handbooks, papers, slides, etc.).
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all course participants, providing information and support before, during, and after the course.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Global Training Director to ensure the smooth delivery of courses and the development of new training materials. You will also liaise with clients, and Global Training associates (trainers, coaches, actors) and will be adept at knowing how to adjust to different personalities.
