An established Global Aerospace company requires a Training Coordinator to join a friendly team within the business on a fixed term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is experienced in delivering regulatory and compliance training within an organisation. The role offers a competitive salary, and company benefits.

As the Training Coordinator will you be responsible for creation and delivery of internal regulatory training with the following responsibilities:
  • Deliver regulatory courses as part of the working week
  • Provide training data for senior management, along with weekly updates on lapsed competencies
  • Identify training requirements and report to site management
  • Facilitate internal induction program
  • Check regulatory updates to incorporate these into internal training
  • Review employee training needs, and ensure there are no lapses in experience across the whole site
  • Support the wider compliance team with audit schedules
  • Manage internal and corrective actions
To be successful within the role of Training Coordinator you will:
  • Be proficient in delivering regulatory training at all levels across an organisation
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Understanding of Regulatory requirements within the Aerospace sector- such as AS9100, EASA, FAA and CAA regulations
  • Experience in Internal Auditing - desirable
