Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a Multisite PE Backed Healthcare Provider of considerable scale (on a hybrid working model) to immediately recruit a CFO to drive the continued success and growth of the business.

Partnering with the CEO and senior management, your contributions and insights will be highly valued and relied upon as the financial number one within the business. You will be expected to report and present at board level, therefore experience as a finance representative on the board in a highly regulated environment is preferred. The CFO will be responsible for the day to day management, recruitment and supervision of a large finance team centrally based.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CFO who is looking to add strategic value and fully participate in a value creation opportunity in a high profile Multisite Healthcare Provider business.
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA and ACMA) preferably chartered.
- Experience being a CFO in a Multisite PE Backed Healthcare/Hospitality and or related business.
- A track record of implementing and improving accounting systems, processes and management information and financial reporting.
- You will also need be a capable communicator, and be able to present to investors and shareholders.
- Have a keen eye for detail and considerable technical and commercial awareness.
